During my time here, I have never taken a sick day. I have worked every overtime shift asked of me. I have always
been one of the first Native-English speakers finished their evaluations. Except for 4-months, I have worked seven-days a week. I have been flexible
with my Korean partners in assisting them with controlling the students and designing curriculum. For the first part of my time here I handmade
tests for each class I taught. When the chief of studies announced at a staff meeting that the Korean teachers preferred we gave speaking tests,
I promptly switched almost all my classes over to that system. Many teachers have copied the innovation strategies I have used to control classes
and educate. I have had classes specifically given to me because of my ability to work with problem children.
